There was an incident at the pool where a boy received a bloody nose.
The [redacted] and The Health Department's procedures dictate when blood is seen everyone must exit the pool and it is treated for at least 30 minutes.

was being treated the customer left the pool area. Everyone, including the customer, returned to the pool after treatment. The customer demanded a refund and we explained the refund policy that is posted.
We only give refunds if the pool closes.
