I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in the original complaint, regardless of the stores return policy, we were told more than once that we would recieve a refundAlex even had us come back to the shop twice to "give us our money back"The $item was not working three hours after we purchased it and nowhere was it stated that we attempted to return the item because we "didnt like it"The shop owner lied about multiple things over the course of the four daysThere would be no problem if he had not told us he would refund us, but he didWorking in retail, I understand "return policies" as well as customer serviceI have attempted to settle this in a calm manner, without bringing a negative reputation to the smoke shop, but it does not look like that can happenThe blatent unprofessional and dishonest actions of this shop owner make me wonder what else goes on in thereMaybe this is not a business that Lansdale should even allow.
