I had a truly positive experience with these guys. I brought in large broken picture frame expecting that they would just measure and cut me a piece of glass. Instead, they took the frame and actually fixed the frame for me after putting the glass in. Unbelievable.
In more ways than this they went above and beyond what was required. They were awesome and will always get my recommendation and business.

It took 7 weeks to get a simple piece of glass that was sand-blasted. It was a comedy of errors, item lost, item broken, we had a number of stories. It got worse because of their own incompetence and mis-management... the less friendly they got with us, even though they had our money from day one. We never got a phone call from staff that our order was having problems, that they found it after loosing it, that a contractor broke the glass while sandblasting, never. We were made to feel like WE were the problem... Nobody cared about us, our project, and the joy we had hoped ordering this little bit of glass would bring us. Instead, it was just a nightmare! We would never use this company even if they were the last one on earth. STAY AWAY!
