Return of my property (Sako 85)
The last correspondence that I received from CS Sports, Charles Santoni, was on the 23rd of December indicating he would ship my rifle back to me on the the 26th of December.
As of Jan 14 I still have not received the rifle. I have left phone messages and sent several emails but no response. Services were reported as complete and payment was sent which cleared the bank on December 20 ($785).
Desired Settlement: Return of my property, complete as reported (or, if the services reported as complete are not, then desired settlement is: return of my property plus refund of the monies paid.)

Review: Have not received warranty repair parts since November 9th when told they were complete. Still have not received parts and no reponse to emails.

Started to talk to Mr. [redacted] about repairing parts that were under warranty. Sent parts to him at the end of Sept. On November 9th sent email to Mr. [redacted] because I did not hear from him, he said parts were done but he was out of town and would ship them as soon as he gets home. Nov 29th still no parts and sent another email with no response. Dec 10th sent another email with no response again. Sent another email on the 12th and 14th still no reponse. On December 1st his website is no longer in service and no Phone# so I sent another email since this is the only option for contact that I have. Another email went on the 15th. The last email that I sent was on the 18th. No parts and no response. I have copies of all my emails and a certified receipt that he received them this has been going on for more than a month.Desired Settlement: I want my parts and if there was a problem repairing I want replacements. Or proof that he sent them back.

Mr. [redacted] item was shipped as promised around May 5, 2013. It was returned to me by USPS marked "Undeliverable" and "Address Unknown". I verified the address with Mr. [redacted] and re-sent the package.

Review: After several unreturned phone calls I emailed Mr [redacted] on 6 25 2015 about his services to my merchandise. He emailed me back same day stating the merchandise had been done for months and that he sent an invoice in April. I never received an invoice. I have emailed him three times since with no response.Desired Settlement: To send me a bill so I can pay for services or return of merchandise if not done

Review: ON 8-22-13 I SENT [redacted] TWO HS PRECISION RIFLE STOCKS(PAID$450 FOR EACH) ALONG WITH A [redacted] MONEY ORDER(WILL GET PROOF OF CASHING IF NEEDED)FOR $250 DOLLARS PER TELEPHONE CONVERSATION TO PAINT THEM WITH A TURN AROUND TIME 0F 30 DAYS PER HIM. AFTER 60 DAYS I CALLED HIM AND LEFT MESSAGE AND GOT E-MAIL STATING HE WAS OUT OF COUNTRY & HAD NO PHONE SERVICE. I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES VIA PHONE MESSAGES (DOESN'T ANSWER)& E-MAIL TO GET THIS RESOLVED.ON 12-23-13 I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL STATING THE WORK WAS DONE BUT THE INVOICE NOT PAID. ALL I WANT IS TO GET THE TWO RIFLE STOCKS BACK AS I AM WILLING TO ACCEPTED THE FACT I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $250 AND MOVE ON WITH MY 2 CUSTOM RIFLE PROJECTS. I'LL EVEN PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS. (CUT MY LOSE & MOVE ON) HE HAS TREATED OTHER CUSTOMERS THE SAME WAY PER INFORMATION ABTAINED ON LINE.Desired Settlement: RETURN THE 2 RIFLE STOCKS WORTH $900 PLUS SHIPPING COST AND I'LL ACCEPT THE LOSE OF THE $250 AND MOVE ON.
