Ctrl Alt Delete

We took our laptop to Ctrl Alt Del in February of 2019. After a month, we reached out to get an update on the laptop. After many missed calls, left voicemails, and never returned calls we finally was able to contact them. They told us it was complete but they couldn't get in contact with us (we never had a missed call from them). After paying and picking up the laptop and driving home, I received a call stating it had been accidentally marked complete and it, in fact, is not complete. We returned the laptop the same day without being reimbursed because they said it would be done that week. Over the next couple months (Apr-May) we exchanged phone calls to get the correct solution. They said it would take a bit longer than a week, in which we understood and agreed to. In June, we reached out to no response. In July and August, we reached out leaving multiple voicemails. I went to their office and it was closed during open hours with a sign that said "Out of the Office. If you need immediate assistance please call …" and then it listed the number we've been calling for months. On October 8, 2019, 8 months after we started business with them, we have not heard back.

I gave a Samung Notepro 12 to Ctrl Alt
Delete for them to repair a cracked screen in November 2016. They called and said it was ready the first week of December 2016. I picked it up and paid $160 for the repair. However, when I tested the tablet the screen was not functioning correctly and would get trapped in screens forcing the tablet to require a shut down because navigation was impossible. I returned the tablet to Ctrl Alt Delete about 4 days later, December 2016. Since then, I visited the store 4 or 5 timed to inquire about the tablet and they always took my name and number and said they would call me back. We moved out of state in july of 2017. Since then, I have been calling for status. 2 weeks ago, they said they UPSed it to my address but I never received it. They are unable or always have an excuse for why they can't give me a UPS shipping number like they cant get into their email or they arent in the office and they don't know when they will return. They never return my calls.
