After getting several quotes for a heat pump installation in our home, we decided to go with Cunning Energy Inc We had forced air (oil) so we wanted to know our options for either the heat pump installed on the main floor (in the wall) or to totally replace our oil furnace Rick Cunning (owner) spent about an hour and a half explaining the differences and our options, and answering our many questions Of all the quotes received, theirs was the middle of the road We went with Rick because he was very knowledgeable about the product, took the time to answer our questions, and we felt he was not going to charge us for things we did not needIn fact, we feel his guys went above and beyond!! There were no hidden costs, we were charged what we were quoted It has been over a year now since we had the furnace replaced with the heat pump and are VERY happy about our choice We had one minor issue during the summer (air conditioning) which Rick had his team fix immediately I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market for a heat pump installation!
Less than weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Cunning for a quote on a heat pump Rick was extremely helpful with his explanations on how the heat pumps works, what would be best for me, things to be aware of if choosing another installer I was so very impressed with Rick's answers and felt really comfortable and cared for during the meeting Based on his years of experience, thorough knowledge of his products, financing, and warranty, I chose to go with Cunning Energy for installation His team arrived promptly on the date I chose, and Rick called me the night before to inform me, the installers names ( [redacted] ) and that they would be arriving in a company van Shortly after the team arrived, Rick also came to make sure that I was comfortable with what was taking place Later in the afternoon, he came back to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and to answer any questions I might have To me this is the epitome of excellent business practices and customer careKudos to Cunning Energy and thank you so much!
