Review: In March my vehicle was picked up from an address in [redacted] and cash was given to the individual that allowed the vehicle to be picked up I never gave permission for the vehicle to be savaged. I have been in contact the Cunningham Auto and the person that answers the phone at [redacted] doesn't identify himself but did let me know my car was crushed on 3/24/13. I have called him several times to get the receipt so I could get reimbursed from the person that did this or press charges. I spoke to him in Apil, again in May and he was going to mail the receipt to me and I have not recieved the receipt. I contact him again today at 2:57pm and he advised me that he was not going t mail the receipt. I would need to come there. I ask why he told me before that he was going to mail it and the call ended. I had full coverage on the vehicle and was trying to ge reimbursed from my insurance company but needed the receipt to do this. I don't understand how a company can savage a vehicle that the owner never gave permission to have savage. Pay someone $200 when they did not own.Desired Settlement: I paid $1650.00 for the vehicle in Aug 2011 it was at [redacted] I not only have no car and received nothing in return and now cannot be reimbursed from the insurance because this business has advised me twice that they were mailing the receipt and proof that the car was savage. I feel like they should cover the cost of insurance from the past two month and pay for the vehicle.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 8/9/13 he stated the customer's boyfriend sold the junk vehicle for disposal and was paid for the car. The boyfriend signed the bill of sale and provided a VA State identification number.

[redacted] I have a car that was savaged by a friend of my son's

and I was just asking for proof that the car was savaged, so that I could get reimbursed from my insurance

company for the full coverage that I had on the vehicle.

I totally feel like this company committed fraud and if they can do whatever they want and nothing will happen to them at all. I understand that the friend of my son's is at fault

because he took money from the company for a car that did not belong to him, however this company should have to provide proof to the owner so I can proceed with my insurance

company.

If someone could get them to send me this information I have been waiting since April 15th to receive it.

I don't feel like there is anyone that can help and this company is shady.
