On the date that I went to have my car released to the body shop Mr*** had a document prepared along with my invoice for the work he performed prior to the damage done to my vehicle. The document was a statement that said: I am relieving C.U.R.EAuto Repair of any liability and I owe nothing on this repair He said if I agree to this statement and sign this agreement saying that he was not responsible then we were even and I won't have to pay for the repair I even called my insurance company from his shop to see if t .hey thought that I should sign and then informed me that would not be a good idea since it would nullify them being able to go after him So, regrettably, I wrote the check for $1,to a man that totally my car I think this is a crucial piece of my complaint He realized he was guilty and I didn't owe him anything, but he didn't want me to come after him for the damages. Thank you for your consideration of this matter

Mrs. *** car was being worked on by someone else. This gentleman working on mrs. *** car kept coming by the shop asking for help. He couldnt get the engine in time. So they towed car to us. After checking it out we found that the crank gear was broke. We then called mrs. *** told her we needed to
order the gear. She said ok. After getting the gear we timed the engine. It wouldnt turn a full degrees something was hitting called mrs*** told her what was going on. It maybe a bent valve because of trying to start engine. When engie is out of time it will bend valves. Gave her prices to remove and replace heads to see if valve was bent. She agreed. After pulling heads off we found a flat washer in the cylinder. It wasnt a bent valve. Someone who worked on car before had the intake and valve cover off. They must have drop washer in the engine. After reinstall of the heads on the motor car ran good. Everything was fine. Yes she did ask for a state inspection that thursday 8-18-at 6pm when we were closing. That afternoon we were moving her car and accidentally damaged her car. Called mrs. *** about 6.30pm to tell her what happendand that we would fix the damage for her. Mrs. *** said ok. Friday morning car was towed to body shop. Mrs. *** called monday afternoon 8-22-and said she wanted to turn it into her insurance company. We said ok and had her car towed back to our shop. Mrs. *** body shop called and ask if car was ready for pickup, and if there was a bill for the repairs we did? I then said yes the body shop said her bill with us had to be taken care of first before they would come get car. So we called mre. *** and explained this to her. Mrs. *** came in and paid for repair bill and for body shop to tow it. Mrs. *** then reported car to her insurance company as a hit and run. Insurance company called the police department to investigate hit and run. This wasnt a hit and run because we informed mrs. *** of what happend. She was fully aware that we were gonna have it fix. She wanted her insurance company to pay for it. Thats why we didnt repair mrs. *** car. It was her choice to turn it into her insurance. The police said she had to pay repair bill for work already done. I have insurance to take care of miss haps like this. We didnt mean to run into her car. It was truely a accident... Sincerely chris u***

Total sg. It took 4 months to get a couple simple things done which he stated would only take a week or two.

Not only did he keep making excuses for why it wasn't done, he never called to update me. Turns out that after having a P.I. watch his shop, he was taking my car for joy rides and putting a LOT of miles on the car.
There are way more details to this but just look at the shop and the insane printouts at the front counter on what they charge.
$45 to jumpstart your car. Really? Nevermind, I can't waste any more time with this. If you do business with this place then bend over. Only a complete mn would take their car here.

Review: I took my vehicle to this mechanic shop to have the timing set on my engine. The owner informed me additional work was needed to fix the engine. He ordered the part and after installing said engine would not rotate and he needed to do more research. Then told me needed to go inside valve covers. He replaced the head gaskets and then charged me $1,441.19 for repair. Called me on 8/19 in afternoon around 5 p. M. To say car was ready for pickup. I asked if he had done the state inspection and he said no, he was going to keep it overnight and take next morning. Around 8: 30 p. M. He called to say someone had run into my car and damaged it. I asked how bad and he said "they really nailed it". He assured me he would have it fixed. I initially agreed and changed my mind since I have full coverage on the vehicle. I advised him I wanted to report it to my insurance company. He agreed that was fine. My insurance company sent tow truck to pick up car and he refused to release the car until I paid him the $1,441.19. I have paid the bill but now my car is totaled and I never received the benefit from the work he performed. He never called the police to report the incident and he did not file a claim with his insurance company. I have lost my vehicle and I had previously had over $1,000 work done to the vehicle before I sent it to him. I don't think I should have to pay him anything for wrecking my car. I agreed to pay the money when I thought I was going to get my car back in good condition the way it was with no external damage when I sent it to him.

I don't see where he should be allowed to get away with such unprofessional treatment of his customers.
