sales and program works.Every customer that purchases a mattress is given the same information, alltransactions are final. We also have the customer sign stating all sales are final. Mystaff does a great job in explaining that as well.When a customer purchases a mattress we give a percentage hack to the school andwe give cash incentives hack to the student We then pay the school a week laterbased on those sales. Her son and daughter [redacted] received atotal of $25 each and $100 to the Band BoostersJoan [redacted] purchased a mattress on 11/14/2015 Joan did choose to do a layaway.When a customer chooses a layaway they put down a percentage,Usually around 30% $(454.48) based on purchase of $1,817.93)Sometimes a little less, we really try and do what we can toHelp the customer anyway we can. We break up the remaining balance into 2payments on a monthly basis; we even went an additional month to help Mrs.[redacted]. The customer has the choice for Payment to come out on the 15th or the ~Of the month. Mrs. [redacted] gave us her credit card number to withdraw paymentson the 15th of the month for 3 payments!!30 days after the sale her payment is due, she calls us and says she wants to cancel.This is 30 days after she signed all the paperwork, her kids were paid, and theboosters were paid. She immediately became very angry telling me that my sales repChelsea who has worked for me for three years told her she could cancel at anytime. Well that makes no sense at all, my staff would never tell our customers thatOur paper work is very clear that all sales are final. Mrs. [redacted] did sign stating shewas aware of this. I told her I understand things happen, I would be happy to workwith her and help her in any way I can, she immediately started to tell me my staffwas sleazy saying rude things about my company etc. I told her I would not allowher to speak to me that way.I immediately called the boosters organization to make them aware of the situationand explained to them what was going on. The boosters told me that they wouldinform me if it were brought to there attention. Mrs. [redacted] did not inform theboosters of the situation because I believe she knows she is wrong.1 work very hard to be fair and honest with all my customers.I don’t have any complaints because we don’t do the things Mrs. [redacted] is statingthat we did.I am submitting all paperwork showing what she signed.1 am very sorry but under the circumstances in the way she has handled this matterI will not refund her money. (I would like to resolve the matter)I will accept one payment of $1,363.45 (Balanced Owed)Once it is paid, I will order her new mattress.Once we receive her mattress we will call her to schedule a date when she can pick itup.The paper work shows, if she wasn’t sure about the purchase there is no way shewould of followed through with signing the paperwork scheduling to pick it up,giving us the authorization to run her credit card etc....ou are free to contact me with any questions.thank you very much,Sincerely & RespectfullyCustomfundraisingsolutions.com
