was called out to the [redacted] residence customer states furnace is blowing cold air, could not replicate the problem after several attempts of trying.  Mr. [redacted] then proceeded to inform me that he had two different heating companies come out and that they each gave him thier...

"opinion" of what the issue might be but that they either were not able to sya for certain if or what the problem might be. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that the furnace b;lowing cold air is related directly to lack of proper air flow caused by either dirty filters or due to or improper duct sizing for the house. Once he was advised of this Mr. [redacted] became rather irritate and unpleasant and stated that he was not happy with this and is still insisting that there is a issue with the furnace. Custom Heating was not involved in the construction of the house or the installation or design of the duct system at the [redacted] residence. Custom Heating was not contracted by Mr. [redacted] to install the heating and cooling equipment at his residence. Custom Heating has no contract with Mr. [redacted].  Despite this we have still attempted to contact him to schedule second service call at his residence, to resolve this problem with no success. at contacting him.
