I am rejecting this response because: This is not trueFrom the beginning when they called me to the meeting the HOA told me that they don't know why I was summoned the the meeting because a first violation only warrants a letter and no fine is possible and that *** *** was the one the summoned me to the meeting even though he had no right and they did not ask him to do this Then the took it even farther my setting up a hearing months after the meeting with the HOAThey have no rights to do this and they imposed a fine on my home illegallyWhenever I asked the HOA why thus is being made such a big deal they all say because of *** *** and tge company he works for. Now that talks of sueing for discrimination of race, when and unfair practices have be brought up he wants to back pedal and put it all off on the hoa even though it was turned into this because of him.Either way *** *** and custom management group are not doing things the right way and it needs to be fixedThey are not capable of performing their hired duties shock is why I ask the Revdex.com to help resolve the problems before it took to court
