First and foremost I do apologize for delay in response had a elder family matter and did not see this priorThe part was returned and the customer was refunded on their credit cardIt is up to the customer to call their bank to confirm this for again we have done this on our partAs far as small claims filing we will be bringing all necessary paperwork for that as well to prove that it was indeed done

After reviewing this complaint and looking into this matter the refund was done and the check was indeed sent outSorry for any delay or inconvenience that has come about from thisThis should close this matter out, any further concerns feel free to contact us

Again they are listed separate, they are sold separateAnd again it is listed on [redacted] this way alsoIt clearly says again Cooling Fan(Rad and Con mtd) Which again means this is the assembly that is mounted to them, it does not say it is included, nor does it say Rad and Con included in saleThis is so you are aware of what style fan assembly you are looking at the one that again mounts here and not they style that mounts to front of engine like a cooling fan clutch assemblyThis is sold the same way from every salvage yard from one coast to the other, and from a dealer brand newAgain without going on and on he got what he asked for, and again if not happy with it send it back for a refund based on the terms and conditions of the sale

This transaction started out as a purchase for a front end assembly for a [redacted] ***The customer ordered it and yes had to wait due to the fact of a wire transfer to go thru from their bank, and then once that cleared it had to be taken apart/cut off from the carSo yes there was a delay that was known from the minute it was orderedThe customer was never hung up and a have spoken to him several time every up to the point of this complaint and even afterWhen did receive a call from customer saying there was some issue with the nose upon receiving it, my reply was I hope you did not sign for it already and have the trucking guy right there for know it is a he said she said situation if there is damage nowAfter l made this comment he stated yes I signed for it the driver made me(false)He then explained what it was he was calling about stated that the headlights were not halogen(regular style light less expensive), they were what is called xenon( more expensive), that the grill was cracked, and a molding was missing , right fender had damage on it and that was itNot once did here mention anything about a bumper, nor did he mention anything elseAfter reviewing pictures the day it went out and calling a dealer in our areaThis is what I find out The headlights were indeed were not halogen but xenon, the grill was not crack as it could be seen but there was a chrome piece missing and there was no damage to the fender when it leftSo I then offered a refund for headlights, and grill based on current used prices and even through no damaged was on fender when left offer a small adjustment for it this all came out to $dollars also based upon receiving the headlights sent back via [redacted] on our dimeAlso the customer was sent pics prior before transaction and also forms to fill out as wellThe customer then said that will not due and demand a $adjustment for itSo I replied that then I will get the nose picked up and once back and returned in the same condition I will issue a refund in full, and not take out any charges that were agreed upon prior to sale which would be a 20%restocking fee, the initially shipping charges are non-refundable, and that he would be responsible for shipping the nose/front end back himselfI simple stated that I am not going to argue I will pick it up and refund you again in full and we can go our separate ways and move onHe then stated to me he was not going to let the freight company take it he was refusing to do so, then I stated then I am not sending a truck done for they will charge me for a non pickup every time they goHe then told me he was only going to let it go if I refund him before it gets picked up or send the truck with the moneyI explained to him that the trucking company does not do nothing but pickup and drop off the product no more no lessAnd that I can not refund the money again until I know it is here and in the same condition as it left and nothing is missing or alteredI then proceeded to explain to him that I can not go to the store buy a TV and go back and ask for money money back with out bring the TV back to be looked at before they will refund me my money, same conceptHe then started saying this is wrong and this is wrong with front end and so onSo I finally said I am not going back and forth no more here are the optionsI will give you a refund as explained base on what was found out and based on the fact even though you signed for it in good condition of $upon signing a wavier that I will fax to youOr simple allow the trucking company to pick it up and again once returned then will issue a refund, but if something is missing or altered then refunded is subject to terms and conditions agreed uponHe then again refused to give it up if I sent a truck so I told him if you are not willing to work it out then I can not help youHe then threaten to sue me get back at me and so onWe have done everything possible on our part to resolve this issue, and the fact it was signed for as being received in good conditionI do not know what more we can do for the customer has refused every optionWe both came to had come to an agreement of $and I also offer to send him an a/c cleaner boxAny concerns feel free to contact me on my cell ###-###-#### which is for Revdex.com use only or my Business Phone private line ###-###-#### ask for Shane

after investigating this complaint and making several calls to both Garage and owner of car *** *** it was found out indeed that the garage the transmission was ship to never sent it back and at the present time is still in the vehicleAnd that the service person who at the time of event
is no longer employed at said company, and never followed thru with proper paperwork or again sending it back for warranty inspection/claimAlso after talking to the garage involved that it is understood that it now lies upon them for the responsibility of this complaint, as well as know covering the claim of the allegedly sent defective transmission for not following thru as explainedAlso after taking to **.*** and allowing him to listen to the conversation between myself and garage that he was also lied to, and heard the garage taking responsibility, and that General Auto is not responsible in any way*** is also supposed to take care of this claim, but after reading response this should close this out regardless

The customer/*** *** did indeed call us and order a Fan Assembly only for a *** S-Class Sinterchange number ***When the customer called and ordered it he tried to tell us what he was getting/wanted, which at this point the salesperson advised him what he need to looked up and
exactly what was included in saleThe salesperson also informed customer that it was fan assembly only no Radiator, no condenserHe then placed the order and we filled it and shipped it outThe customer then called to complain that he did not get everything as described, which is falseHe then talked to me the Manager and I explained to him what he ordered is what he gotI then explained to him that I listened to the phone call which was recorded and confirmed again that is what he ordered and was toldThen he proceed to tell me that is not listed that way on ***, so while on the phone with him I went to the website punch in all the info for order againAt this point I explained it again it does not say it is included in sale but it clearly says That cooling fan assembly (rad and cond mtd) which means mounted not includedHe then got mad and threaten to contact Revdex.com and also his Credit Card Company and refuse chargesI clearly stated do what you have to but again you got what you order and everything is documented and saved on recorded phone callsHe then hung up on meBottom line is he got what he ordered, and if he is not happy with it it is his responsibility to return the product for a refund based on terms and conditions of the sale
