Review: It seems to me that this Company did not verify my identity fully before sending the loans, in addition that I feel that I am being a victim of some type of scam. I am receiving now in 2014 phone calls with claims from this group for loans for 2011. They do have my address which I have not changed but I never received one single letter of collection from them for loans I did not authorized. This company's call me now with claims and they expect payment right there and then other wise threaten me with calling my amployer or sending me to court.

I want to say it again, never ever received a single collection letter from them, I first heard from them back in 2012 when they called my manager and I did not have a choice other than to pay and now in 2014 with 2 more claims.

There must be a way to protect myself, in 2012 I file a complaint for identity theft as well, I do not know if the claims are for real this companies do not give you any extra information in regards just an account number the name of cutter group that is all.

Review: I paid a loan back 1 year ago to a third party for the cutter group. I received a letter stating paid in full $0.00. Today I got 2 different calls stating there were sealed documents for me to sign from the cutter group? The third party calling was very vague about such. I researched and found the letter from 1 year ago.I called the company to inform them,they ask that I call a company in New York([redacted] Mgmt.) they originally owned the paper on the loan.I sent an email to [redacted] and followed up with a phone call. They received a copy of my letter but proceeded to tell me I had 5 more loans,as you can imagine I lost it!!! I asked for documentation stating such!!!! they are supposedly sending me something so I can contest it. I only had 1 loan and that was paid in full per my letter.If, there was more loans I would have certainly known about them 1 year ago.Please help me in this matter The phone calls about a sheriff coming to my work and home has got to stop.

Review: I had a loan out in 2012. I owed $60.00. I paid with a collection agency in 2014. Now I have another agency of the name of [redacted] ADR in which they are harassing me stating that I didn't pay back my loan. That they are going to take me to court if I dont pay up. I was all setup to pay until I researched my emails and found my confirmation of the payment I made in full.Desired Settlement: I want them to take me out of the collection list and state that I already had paid this. I am tried of getting these call and be harass at work and my home phone.

Review: The Cutter Group has been harassing me over the past couple years. They have called me and my place of employment threatening me. They stated I took out a payday loan in 2012 but will not send me any proof of this. They threatened to talk to my supervisor so I paid them $516.00 (they said would close my case and stop calling) in April and now they are calling again stating I owe them more money. They are now calling family members and threatening them saying they have to pay them or they will take them to court. I don't know how to stop this and keep them from calling family members and my work. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want them to close the "case" I've paid them even though I don't owe them anything just to try to get them to stop calling me and my work. I want them to stop contacting me completely.

Review: This company is harrassing me. They have contacted me several times with threats to have me arrested. They have even gone as far to contact my employer and told them that I was being served with papers with was completely untrue. They wont disclose any contact information so that I can formally request them not to contact myself or my employer.Desired Settlement: I would like to see appropriate action taken against this company to stop them from their unethical collection tactics.

Review: They tired to have me served and was planning on suing me for an unpaid loan which I never received. I want this addressed and any money that is due back to me I want it refunded NOW!!!!They said I took out a loan inthe amount of #300 that was deposited into my PNC checking account. Never received the money and I have a job and wouldnt apply for a payday loan because they are scams.Desired Settlement: I want all the money that is due me returned. $565 is what is due.

Review: I am receiving phone calls from someone named [redacted] in reference to the Cutter Group about a debt that he states I owe for a payday loan that I allegedly received from this company. I visited the bank that he states is the bank that the funds were deposited. I received bank statements for 2012-2013 showing that I did not have a checking account at this bank for this period. I did have a share account and still have the share account, but there were no deposits made to that account. I informed this person of this, but he has now sent me three letters stating that I owe over $4000 to this company. I need this resolved. I have my bank statements as evidence.Desired Settlement: Claims and accusations to cease. Phone calls to family, friends and my work to cease. I need a letter stating that the accusations are not true and the contact to cease.

Review: In july I was contacted by a collection company for the loan I took out with cutter group. So. I paid, in October I was contacted by another company stating they got my file I explained to them I paid they said the last company was fraudulent so I paid them and ihhave been contacted by two more companies but im not paying any one else they keep passing my file around. ..my account was already closed due to them taking money out.Desired Settlement: I believe I should be refunded because they keep giving my file to different collections companies

Review: they are calling my phone for an adult son who doesnt reside with me. He has paid his debt, but they call me daily after Ive asked them not too- I am aware that this company is fraudulent, and this is a scam. They continue to call my business phone.Desired Settlement: police to get involved; the courts to investigate and close them down, for fraudulent activity.

Review: Im receiving phone calls, saying that I owe a bill for $924. That isn't true. I am getting annoyed with the rudeness of the people contacting me.

Review: I TOOK OUT A LOAN, ONLINE, WITH CUTTER GROUP IN DECEMBER 2012 FOR $250. SINCE THEN I HAVE PAID THE FULL BALANCE OFF. NOW, I'M RECEIVING COLLECTION CALLS FOR THE SAME COMPANY STATING THAT I MUST PAY OR BE SUED/TAKEN TO COURT FOR THE $250 BALANCE PLUS FEES. I COULD NOT FIND MY RECORDS THAT I HAD PAID THE BALANCE SO I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY $75 EACH PAY PERIOD OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THE COMPANY I'M PAYING IS CALLED MONUMENT [redacted]. I HAVE ONE MORE PAYMENT TO PAY AND TODAY 5/23/2014 I RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL FROM ANOTHER AGENCY STATING THAT I STILL OWE $250 PLUS ADDITIONAL FEES. SO I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS A SCAM BUT I'VE PAID OVER $600 FOR A $250 LOAN I TOOK OUT IN 2012. PLEASE HELP!!!! I'M NOT SURE WHO TO TRUST AND I KEEP GETTING CALLS THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE CALLS TO STOP AND SOMEONE TO DO AN INVESTIGATION ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE SOMEHTING ISN'T RIGHT!

Review: I had money suddenly appear in my bank account from this group. I immediately contacted them telling them I did not authorize this loan and never even completed a search. I told them that my ex husband had recently been trying to apply for payday/quick loans with my information. They apologized and said the only way for them to close the account was to pay them in full including the interest rate. At that time I had exactly the money they put in my account and $10. I told them I didn't have that kind of money and to just pull the amount they put in back out but they refused. They have been deducting $75 out of my bank account ever since. I have talked to my bank and unfortunately there is nothing they can do to help me.Desired Settlement: I am filing bankruptcy and hopefully my attorney can include this account in there.

Review: I have paid Cutter group throug a third party. I have provided information to cutter group about the payment. I hade another company call me with the same information collecting on behalf of Cutter group and paid the, the amount, I realize what had happened and requested the money be returned. The company made a threat that they will get me to pay. Now I continue to get multiple calls from different companies saying I better pay and that they are sending a sheriff to my home. They continue to tell me I am going to be arrested. Enough with the harassment. I have proof that I paid back the payday loan and don't think I should pay again. Review: The cutter group has been harassing me for years. They have several different names that they go by. I did have a loan with them in 2012. It has been paid in full not once but twice. The first time I was scammed out of 500$. The last time I made sure that I received a paid in full letter. Today they had a 3rd party call me about a payday loan that I supposedly took out in February of 2012. They even used the account number from the loan that was paid in full.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop selling my information to bottom feeder collection agencies. I get calls about this loan at least 2 a month. The harassment needs to stop. I want a letter stating that they will cease all communication with me.

Review: I currently being harassed by this company and my family members. They are disclosing information that is false and have not stopped the harassing phone calls when asked.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for the company to discontinue all contact and accept that I am not the person they are seeking. Review: the company continues to threaten me for a warrent for my arrest for a unpaid payday loan , they went thru a company called [redacted] to obtain collection in which they will not give me any information to contact this group . all found out the payday loans are illegal in [redacted] and for them to harass me .Desired Settlement: considering that these loans are illeagl in [redacted] this company shouldnt have supplied this loan or harassment I wish for this company to not contact me and delete this account and money owed

Review: I was recently contacted by a 3rd party trying to collect money from me! This company stated that money had been deposited in my account for I'm a company called cutter group LLC! I have never heard of this company ever! I have tried to reach this company several times with no success in reaching anyone to speak with about the problem. However when I did call the provided number it said that I had been selected to receive a prize! I am being harassed and threatened to be taken to court if I do not pay where I will receive more penalty fees.I also connected the financial institution in which I bank and the have no record of the funds being deposited in my account! When I mentioned this to the man that had been contacting me he told me it was a mistake on my banks part and I need to speak with them to determine what went wrong! Even with proof I am still being harassed!Desired Settlement: I want them out of my hair and for them to show me proof of of this so called deposit!i want all supporting evidence!

Review: I was called by the Cutter Group a/k/a American Credit Financial that I owed a past due loan with a bank. I never had a loan with this bank but they were threatening me that I would have to go to court the next week. I could not afford to take time off from work so my girl friend used her cc to pay the first payment and than they set up to take money for 4 more payments. We have found out this company is a scam and because we gave them my girl friends credit card number we now have to pay the amount that we put on the card. This company is scamming people and threatening people and this company needs to be put out of business. Review: I originally took out a payday loan under the Cutter Group in 2012.. I have received calls from 3 different collection agencies requesting monies to settle the account and all dollar amounts are dfferent ranging from $50 to $725. My issue is that I have paid two agencies so far claiming to represent this company and when I called the Cutter group they said they had nothing to do with the collection practices of the organizations contacting and harassing me.. The original loan in 2012 was $300, I have already paid over $725 and I believe these practices are fraudalent with the threats of serving me at home or at my place of employment.. How could there be such a discrepancy from $50 to $725 on one loan...Desired Settlement: I want organizations to stop contacting me since I have paid monies to settle this account.
