CVC Auto Sales

I gave the dealership 1200 deposit on a car and they told me I never gave them money. I have a bill of sale receipt, and they said it was not valid.On 2/19/15 I responded to an ad on [redacted] about a [redacted] at CVC auto sales. ([redacted]). He took my information (Name, DOB, Social and address) over the phone, and said he was going to start my application. I went to CVC auto the next day(2/20/2015) around 1030AM, and gave the rest of my information. I sold the car I owned for $600 at the dealership to get this car from them. I thought it was a buy here pay here place, but I noticed he was trying to finance me through [redacted]. He kept reassuring me I was going to get approved its just taking longer than expected. He told me [redacted] from [redacted] was finalizing documents, so we test drove the car and also went to retrieve the rest of the money. I was going to get a money order but he said "[redacted] prefers cash". I had to drop my moms friend off at work, so I needed to drive the car, at that moment he asked for the deposit, which I gave to him, and he gave me a bill of sale, and I left with the vehicle. By the end of the day he was still corresponding with [redacted] asking her is everything was okay, but he had already told me I got approved. He informed me he needed the information for my insurance so I can get the keys and take the car home around 415pm. I called [redacted] and she faxed it over, but he said he did not receive it, so I was stranded an hour away from home because I had sold my other car. The insurance company closed at 5, so I could not get them to resend the fax. He would not let me leave with the car. So, I had to stay at a hotel because I could not get home. The next day I asked him for the lien holders address so I can go with another insurance policy and he never responded back. I felt like this situation was getting a little fishy, so on Monday I contacted [redacted] myself, and she told me I had been denied for the loan, which [redacted] had already knew because I had her fax the denial letter to me and it was dated for 2/20/2015. He took my money knowing I was denied for the loan, and when I tried to get my money back he said I never gave him any money. I have bank statements showing I withdrew money, and an eye witness that was with me, who saw me hand him the cash. The owner of the dealership did not have much to say, and was not really willing to help because he said he didnt know who to believe. He said he would check the camera and get back with me. I don't have a car nor my 1200. Please help so others will know that [redacted] and his partner[redacted] are scammers. I purchased a vehicle 2006 [redacted] that was listed on craigslist . I called and made a offer of $3200 cash and was told yes I will take that then I was informed this was a dealer so I ask how much for tags title and tax and was told $3500 I purchased the car for a cash price of $3500 on 3/02/2016 on 3/17/2016 I received a package with paperwork for me to do my own title and tags that I had to pay $213 plus notary fee that I had already paid him at dealer so I feel he ripped me off $300 he didn't do the title and tags that I paid him to doProduct_Or_Service: 2006 [redacted] tdiDesired Settlement$300 dollar refund for the tags and title he accepted the $3200 offer for car the $300 was for the title tags and tax
