We have problems as noted in the registered letters we sent to Mr. [redacted] of C.W. Roofing. The letters included AS FOLLOWS TO Mr.[redacted]:-We have not been able to contact you by phone. No answers or all answering devices are full? We had these numbers for contact- (XXX) XXX XXXX, (XXX) XXX XXXX, (XXX)-XXX-XXXX and (XXX-XXX-XXXX).We have questions about the roofing work you did for us in [redacted] NC XXXXX, August 2013.1.You did not provide us a form for the [redacted] HERITAGE 30 shingles Limited Warranty Information. The form requires the number of squares, the color, date of application, total cost of shingles and the total cost of installation. Also, the installation contractors signature and date are required. 2.You did not install the complete ridge vents on the house as agreed upon. The ridge vents over the living room wing of the house were not installed?3.There is a roof leakage problem where the porch roof adjoins the main house roof..4.We believe you overcharged when you collected the final payment.5.Our copy of the proposal submitted to [redacted] Realty states that all labor is guaranteed for 5 years6.The most crucial problem is that the roof is leaking at the seam where the main roof adjoins the screened in porch. There is also seepage along sealed seams of the rubber roof on the porch. 7. We contacted another Roofer to evaluate the problem. This Roofer estimates that it will require replacing the rubber roof on the porch.
