They charged me for a service they didn't provide. Their workers came to our house after we had done the yard. They were unable to get their equipment in our yard because we had closed the access. The workers took their leaf blowers in the back yard and walked around. After I disputed this in writing to owner he turned me into the credit bureau. I was not a first time customer. I had used his services on and off over 5 years. He never tried to calling me back to discuss the situation.
