D & K Auto Sales

I would like a refund of my down payment
I purchased a 2005 Mazda tribute from D and K auto sales on 3/29/2014. I paid $580 in cash for a down payment. I was very happy with my purchase until immediately after I signed the papers the car started to make a loud whistling noise. I returned the car on the same day to notify them of the issue I was having and they said they would fix it and it would be ready for pickup in a few hours. I called back to check the progress of my request but a representative stated they were under the impression I no longer wanted the car so they were not working on it. I corrected the representative and asked for my down payment back since I didn't have the car I purchased and apparently was not getting it back.
