D & P payroll

D & P is a payroll company that we used for several years. Upon switching to a new payroll provider, company failed to provide us with employee year end reporting and such. We are unable to run payroll and file quarterly taxes due to this. Company blocked our e-mail addresses and hang up on us when we or our accountant are trying to get information of employee's withholdings.
