*** *** NO the proper receipt was not providedIn fact I called the IKO company directly to find out that Energy Star Shingles are not available in Indiana And the color I bought does not qualify for iteither The receipt they sent me, they hand wrote ENERGY EFFICIENT on it And another thing my parents have called them daily for the past months due to a problem with their roofThey will not return calls
The company has stated they have provided the customer with their receipt, unfortunately it was not exactly what the customer wanted. However the proper receipt has been provided.
