Services promised on our customer proposal have not been completed but subject collected payment for said services instead of lowering the invoice.
Subjects customer proposal clearly states that the blacktop bay and composite dock would be spray washed along with debris being picked up. The subject didn't spray wash the blacktop bay or composite deck. The subjects staff talked to a staff member and advised them as to why they were not going to spray wash the black top bay, thus changing the agreed upon proposal but still collected pay as if they had performed the work. The staff member nor the provider had the right to change the agreed upon terms. Furthermore, the subject left debris in handi-cap parking areas and also dirtied our tables and windows to the point that we had to have them re-cleaned. They subject promised a lot, provided little but still collected pay as if all the services had been completed.
