I bought my Leather Couches from United Furniture Warehouse,[redacted] on June 18, 2013. And, ever since the first month the couches were defective as the foams in the seats keep bunching and getting lumpy. In the beginning they did exchange the sofa and the love seat because of that issue, but even after that the couches continued to have the same problem of getting lumpy after anyone sat on it.We called the customer care hotline [redacted] as the store said it was out of their hand to help us now. On Nov. 23 a technician came and took a picture of the couches and left. After that, nothing happened so it became a routine of us calling the customer service and them saying we will follow up with you on Thursday which never occurred. I have called them probably more than six times to no avail. [redacted] my manufactures warranty is about to expire in 4 months.
