I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a liar. She knew that I was not satisfied! She thinks that giving me back my money or me not paying for the horrible services justifies her butchering my hair. She owes me more than the cost of $40. Although I should have gotten belligerent, it is not who I am, so she is lying and if her boss said that, she is lying as well. She knows she butchered my hair, so if she is not willing to make amends, I will just allow the powers that be to investigate and make the final decision.
