Dale Sign Service Inc

I first used Dale Sign Service in 1998 when I purchased my first brand new business truck. [redacted] was very helpful in helping me select the layout and design. The cost was just over 600.00 and seemed very high to me. How WRONG I was..... Once lettered my business TOOK OFF!.
It was one of the best business investments that I had EVER made. Since then they have made ALL of my signage to include.... Yard signs, Calendar magnets, Lettered ALL of my business trucks and made me custom stickers.
My most recent unusual request was them helping me customize my FULLY RESTORED 1983 bubble hockey game.
I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants a QUALITY product for a FAIR price.

generally helped by an experienced employee who had learned how to work with Mr. [redacted] as well as other staff members always have had pride in handling ourselves in a professional manner and spent excessive time providing change after change for layouts. Our records indicate sales in the range of $5000 for [redacted]; all business whether small or large is appreciated.
[redacted] was on a cash basis and would generally pay when signs were picked up. In 2012 there was a situation with a returned check and slow pay at which time Mr. [redacted] threatened to sue Dale Signs for our collection attempts and also stated he would never use Dale Signs again. Although we were tired of his unprofessional handling of business, when he returned for service he was treated with respect and every effort was made to meet his needs through 2012. Two signs were purchased in 2013, Mr. [redacted] returned this year making demands of a new employee who made several attempts to please Mr. [redacted] spending 2 to 3 hours of preparation. Mr. [redacted] could not be satisfied so the manager got involved. Our position is that Dale Signs was hired to produce signs, that is what we did and it was very hard earned money dealing with Mr. [redacted]. He was not billed for the wasted preparation time or an art charge.
Mr. [redacted]'s latest attack on our manager [redacted] is outrageous with his demanding us to release artwork and his exaggeration of how much business was done is hand-in-hand with the outrageousness of his portrayal of the last conversation with my manager, mercy on others who work with this man.
We have no recollection of Revdex.com claims made against Dale Sign Service in the past. We try to resolve any dispute immediately because we know the value of word of mouth advertising.

The business response didn't address my desired resolution, I just want my artwork back for the last ten years. please forward this back to the business to get this resolved. This is my artwork that I had submitted to the graphics designer who retired. Now the new guy told me he couldn't do it.
At that point I asked for my art work and the refused to return it to me.

12/01/14: I worked with [redacted] and he would know about all the artwork I sent them, but he retired and it must be in his email. I don't want to continue with mediation, I am just going to sue them.

11/24/14: ([redacted]) He has smeared us on every site. He paid us for signs and did not purchase the artwork. He does not own the trademark rights to the artwork. We create the sign on our computer application, get his approval, and then make the sign. We are not graphic design company who would charge him to create a logo. If Mr [redacted] has a specific sign he would like the artwork for. We would be happy to research and try to find them for him.
