Review: [redacted], of Dalton's Steak, Seafood, Chicken and Pork, is a scam artist. He came to my old address about a year or so ago and offered a pretty good deal. I checked his credentials and proceeded with the transaction and he went to grab the other 2 boxes of steaks he owed. Instead of doing what any normal human being would do, he took off with my money and he rest of my order. You can imagine my dislike for this company as it's not an easy thing to get over. Well, today, [redacted] himself is still at it. He showed up at my new house this afternoon. Believe me, revenge in this situation would be ideal, however, I kept somewhat of a level head by chewing him out like he was at DRB and gained new contact information (the latter first). The address given doesn't exist. He's a bum and deserves every bad thing that comes his way and I hope the cops find him.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back ($300) and to see him prosecuted to the full extent.

Review: I paid $400 in cash and a check to be paid on the 15th of November for $200 for meat. The check was cashed at money tree on the 3rd and presented to my bank on the 5th and again on the 14th. I wrote the check for the first so that if I got paid early he could cash it early, he noted on my receipt not to cash till the 15th. According to [redacted] his wife accidentally cashed the check while he was out of town and he said that he would go to Moneytree to take care of the issue there. He has not done so, they are calling me to get the money. He has told them several times that he would come in and pay the bill but has not. Since talking to him about the Moneytree issue we tried eating the meat that we had bought from him ( we had some of our own in the freezer that we wanted to eat first so it didn't go bad). The meat was not up to the standards that he had promised. He had given us a money back guarantee for one year. When we called to tell him we were unsatisfied, he avoided our phone calls. We then called from another number and he called us back. When we started to tell him we were unsatisfied, he hung up the phone on us. We have tried several times and he will not talk to us. The meat is not to our liking, some is so bad it was uneatable.Desired Settlement: I would like to get our money back and he can have his meat back. We paid $400 cash plus $58 in bounced check fees to my bank and $215 to Moneytree totaling $673
