Review: We hired Danaro Limo for our Wedding Day to shuttle our bridal party, and each of our 3 families in the [redacted] NJ area throughout the early afternoon. In particular, this was the sole transportation for the Bridal Parties and our Families to get to the Wedding Reception (for pictures) after getting dressed at the Hotel. We reviewed our timelines and agenda with Danaro on a few occasions- pre-sale, post-sale, and the very day before the Wedding (January 18th). There was never a mention of an issue, and everything was confirmed on both ends very clearly. The Limo was pristine and the driver was friendly. However, the driver seemed disorganized and asked me and a member of my family who else needed to be picked up. I told him verbally and he jotted this down on a small piece of scrap paper, he did not have notes on him from our previous phone discussions. Sure enough, he failed to pick up the 3rd Family group (My Mother's side), and they were left out of nearly all of our wedding photos. They were forced to take a taxi and a hotel shuttle much later.

I called Danaro immediately after and spoke to a man I believe named [redacted] He seemed to be the manager/owner/operator. He hopped between a few different excuses while I had my wife on the line to confirm details. He said that we must have gone past out time limit; that we only had a limited number of pick ups; and finally that he did not have my Mother's family listed. Unfortunately, Danaro does not conduct business over email as they have told me in the past. Our documentation is all organized on our end, and all communication was done over the phone. Thus, I can not provide any hard evidence other than the dates of our phone discussions and our own organized spreadsheet.

It was very apparent that the owner recognized his mistake and wanted to cover his tracks to avoid giving a refund or retribution of some kind. This is too monumental an event in our lives for Danaro to have left early, unannounced.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $250 for (1) services not performed as agreed upon and (2) unrecoverable damages to our Wedding day activities (Family distress, unable to take photos prior to the reception). I am also requesting an apology from the Vendor for the incident as well as harsh words during our phone discussion after the incident.
