In October 2015, Visionary Resort Group mailed a letter to all owners explaining the situation. This letter explained VRG had been contracted by the property developer, [redacted], to develop the sales department. The property developer,...

received all the funds, all the contracts, and all the deeds new owners used as trade. In September 2015, VRG chose to no longer represent the Developer or his properties. VRG had discovered the deeds used for trade were not being transferred out of the owners names, deeds for property purchased were not being put in the new owners names, Interval International memberships had not been processed or paid for and Interval International had not been registered as the exchange company. The letter gave contact numbers and email addresses for owners to use for assistance. The letter also listed the Attorney General website and contact numbers if no assistance was given by the developer.
I have responded to several Attorney General complaints concerning complaints similar to this and still continue to wonder why nothing has been done to stop Mr. [redacted] from continuing to operate businesses in this manner.

On 3/7/16 my boss who owns Visionary Resort Group, received a voice mail from the customer. My boss immediately contacted me asking if I would get in touch with the customer. I actually spoke with this customer on 3/7/16 and explained the...

current situation. I asked for his personal email address so I could send him a copy of a letter that had been mailed to all of the owners in October of 2015. As soon as our conversation ended, I sent him an email with the owner letter attached. I also told him in the email, if he had any further question to please feel free to contact me or my boss.

I advised the customer if he received no response from the property developer or anyone else that I had listed as a contact person in the letter, he should contact the Attorney General.
I'm not sure that would even help considering I have assisted the owner of Visionary Resort Group answer several complaints sent to Visionary Resort Group from the AG's office. We have even requested a reply from the AG as to the current status of the cases we have replied to. We have yet to receive a reply from the AG and the owner of the properties everyone is complaining about is still in business and still selling timeshare. I will attach a copy of the owner letter we sent to every person who purchased property while Visionary Resort Group managed the sales force. I will also attach a copy of the email sent to the AG.
