Thank you for contacting usA customer has contacted us with regard to an address change on her account but unfortunately, her order has already been shipped when we received the requestWe have informed her that once the
package is returned to our head office due to an incorrect address, we could issue a refund or store credits on her accountThe customer was very upset because she spent more than $on her orderSince she has been a very good paying customer with Acne.org, as a one time courtesy, we have decided to issue her store credits on her account even though we have not yet received the shipment to our head officeShe was able to make another purchase right away with the store credits and she was happy with the resolution

Today the company refunded the full amount of the lost order $to my accountI am pleased with this outcome and appreciate the change in tone

By the way I personally spoke to the customer who issued the complaint and she said she was so happy with our great customer service
