On 9/29/15, I received a call claiming I had a past due loan. He said I owe a loan for American Credit Service and his name was Daniel Lacky. He told me he was going to take me to court for $5,484.87. I asked how I could not go to court and he explained to keep it off my credit report I could pay $1,275.63. To make sure I am honest and truthful I could take $400 in cash and go to Wal-Mart and call him to send a money gram. I do not owe this outstanding debt and did not send the money. .
