The fact is, yes a quote was given in December20, 2014, and the Complainant did say to do the jobStump-eez requires the white form(original) to be signed to allow access to customers property. customer could not be home for the quote , stump-eez got no signature, In the past we have worked in the winter but this winter was extremely cold and no work was done until the beginning of Aprilstump-eez was on complete shut down .Much of April it rained and delayed work with wet soggy yardsWe did, in fact, suffer a major theft of all of our saws by an individual who was caught by the police in the act of trying to sell one of the saws. . New saws had to be purchased to begin work. The saw needed to cut the Complainant's tree was not purchased until two weeks ago. The situation did get out of hand for both parties with texting and phone calls. Extremely nasty comments were exchanged by both parties and cannot be taken back. The Complainant was advised of the reason for the delay and could have decided to contact another tree service at any time instead of using threats.
