I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

Response to Complaint from Ms*** In response to the complaint by Ms***, I can only say that we have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything regarding her countertop met or exceeded specifications spelled out in her contract. Initially the backsplash was slightly out
of level due to the fact that her cabinets are terribly out of level, but as she stated, we made her a new one and completely remedied her situationNext, she thought the color was wrong, so, we made a third trip with one of her original samples to show her that it was exactly what she picked out at our shop and her friend definitely agreed 100%From that point on she constantly called about every little detail because by now she had decided that she had not only picked the wrong color for her taste, but had, also, picked the wrong material as she wanted a product that was perfectly smooth and contained no character marks, whatsoeverAfter three more trips it was obvious that nothing we were going to do was going to satisfy her as she continually asked our employees what it would cost to change the color of her countertop. It was obvious at that point that she was going to continue to complain until we made a new countertop (in a different color, of course)There are certain people in this world that, when they make a mistake, they expect someone else to pay for it. This happens to be one of those cases to which there is no viable solution Sincerely, Jeff Rosselot Distinctive Concrete Designs Tell us why here
