[Action Air claims that the fault was an error made by [redacted]. That is an undocumented claim which is inconsistent with the facts: the boards were improperly installed by Action Air, as evidenced by the fact that Bob Jension's technician found one of the connecting plugs was not plugged in. Upon plugging in the connecter, unit operated perfectly and has continued to do so ever since.]
