Hello I recently placed a complaint with *** *** companycomplaint #*** reached out to me and has come back to fix the jobIf you have any questions please email or call me at ***Thank you Sent from my ***
I talked to my customer *** *** he said he was going to revise his comment because we went back and went above and beyond what had to be done to fix his job This job was done last day of paving December 16th when it is too cold to put down *** and *** told me it needed
to be done so they can get up into their drivewayThe year before was impossible it was too steep and so I excavated and change the pitch and paved it, they knew we were taking a chance with the temperaturesApril they called me three times I responded three times letting them know that I will be repairing the damagesI told them it had to get warmer when it got warmer we showed up and repaired all the damages and because of the cold temperatures the asphalt had to be sealed and I sealed it at my cost then the customer said everything was fine and he signed a release on the contractThen the next day I received a letter from the Revdex.com having a complaint I did not know they filed with the Revdex.com and they did not tell me that, that was niceI returned all of their calls but now he will not return my calls to find out why he cannot revise this complaint that should not have happened in the first place because I warned them about the cold temperatures being too coldHis comment was I should have explained myself better than saying it is too cold Then I said but I will do the best that I can so you can park in your driveway this year instead of in the road where there is no parking and they said OK until all the problems next year I guess I have to live and learn the hard wayI tried to make the customer happy by paving in cold temperatures but, I will not put their happiness before my better judgement in the futureSincerely, *** ***
