Over the years I have used Dave's Collision services in my BMW, Ford truck, Dodge Grand Caravan and recently my Malibu.
On all occasions the repairs have been done to my satisfaction, on a timely basis and I found the charges to be very reasonable. Their final check and detailing of the car prior to delivery made the whole experience a pleasure.

Best body shop I have ever dealt with - the work was done on time, for the amount quoted and it looked great. I recommend this shop whenever I am asked if I know a good body shop. All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I would definitely use this shop again if it became necessary in the future.

I was in town from out of state, visiting my son and ended up locking the keys in his car. Short story... The individuals that were trying to get the car unlocked ended up chipping/scratching so much of the paint off the vehicle that it needed to be repaired professionally. Everyone at Dave's Collision Specialist were extremely pleasant to work with through the entire process. They made a point to accommodate the work schedule of my son and they repaired the car with expertise. My son said that the quality of the job in the areas repaired was done so well that it is not noticeable at all. I would highly recommend Dave's Collision Specialist for any work that needs to be done!

I like Dave's Collision Specialist. I took my RV to Dave's to have a fiberglass rear bumper installed. I had previously had the bumper painted at another local body shop. The place that I had taken it prior wanted to paint the piece off the motor home "so I don't have to try and match the surrounding paint color". Dave said that it was the worst paint job he had ever seen. I had to agree that it was not very good. Dave not only got the fiberglass piece installed correctly but also repainted it to the factory color. The bumper exactly matches the original color of the motor home. I could not have asked for anything better.

Our Mercedes R350 was towed to Dave's Collision Specialists on October 17th 2014 and over the weeks there were very few updates about the status of the car, calls were often left unanswered and the rare times we got ahold of the owner generic status like waiting for parts, or found more parts needed was given. Finally by January 2015 nearly 3 months after car was brought to shop and after insurance company had made 2 payments already there was a deadline demanded, and Dave's Collision Specialists hastily attempted to put the car back together. When the car possession was retaken on 1/20/2015 the car was found with damage to systems that were not involved related to accident, accident was to front bumper, bird crap was found all over inside of car, rear car tailgate didn't open, car door in front driver wouldn't open from the inside, visible misalignment on bumper noticed, scratches and glue on rear view mirror and more. The damage and disrepair was so horrible the car had to be towed from Dave's Collision Specialists to another repair shop just to assess the damage and additional damage potentially caused by Dave's Collision Specialists.
The worst customer service and a poor attempt to bide time by offering to pay for additional rental car for a few weeks failed to produce a repaired car in a satisfactory timeframe and all we had were excuses. NEVER bring your car here, you need to choose any other car repair shop.

My truck was side swiped while parked. I brought it to Dave's Collision for repair. Upon dropping the truck off no one took the time to walk around my truck so I could point out the damages which I thought was weird. They had my truck for approximately two weeks. I get a call on a Friday afternoon with the owner demanding I come in to sign over the check from the insurance company. I expressed my displeasure in not being updated on my truck. The owner wanted me there at 4pm saying the truck would be done. The truck was not done til almost 6:30pm. My wife and kids were stuck waiting with me. Upon getting the truck back there were so many issues like body parts loose, paint unfinished, an incorrect wheel. I took the truck back two weeks later after fighting with both the insurance company and Dave's Collision. This time around I got an attorney, so if Dave's and then insurance company do not fix my truck right this time I already have an attorney to help me settle this matter. I will never endorse Dave's Collision Specialist. I find it hard to believe they have an A+ rating. If you would like a shady body shop where they rush you for the funds and your car's bodywork and paint incomplete do go to these crooks.

Review: Our car was kept for over 4 months and when we got it back, by demanding it, the car had further damage to the car not related to what the car was in his shop for. He still collected deductible ($400) and has already collected over $11,000 from [redacted]. Our car when we took possession had bird feces all over the leather interior, back seat was coming apart, tailgate does not open, drivers door does not open properly, there are scratches all over the hood and many more issues. Car had to be taken to another body shop to redo the work and fix additional damage. [redacted] never returned calls and always put us off telling us everything was fine with the car and it was a parts issue. We are now out a car another 4-5 weeks while the car is fixed properly. He has admitted to the insurance company he is guilty. I have pictures and all documentation to support this.Desired Settlement: We would like $730 to cover 1 month rental car, our $400 deductible back, and $500 for damages

Review: I took my vehicle in for repairs after it was broken into. When I got my vehicle back I was able to see visible scratches that were supposed to be repaired. My dash was not installed correctly. My air vents were not installed correctly. My handle on the inside of the passenger door does not open. I was supposed to have a new passenger window installed and there is a chip in the top of the window. The tint was not replaced on my passenger side window. There is now a chip in the glass where my A/C and heat controls are. There are chips in the paint of the passenger side mirror that was supposed to be painted. The glove compartment is not installed correctly. Scratches on the passenger side of van are still visible. We tried to reach [redacted], which is the owner, and he will not return our phone calls. We have spoken with his secretary and she has told us on more than one occasion that he would be contacting us. Needless to say, we have not heard anything from anyone from that office.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to repair my vehicle the way it should be repaired. I would also like for [redacted] to put in writing that we do NOT owe any payments.
