While traveling north from Florida, we encountered a propane gas leak in our travel trailer. We called Dave's in the morning and were given the voice mail of Dave, Jr. in the service dept. I called a second time at 1pm and again was told he'd get back to us. We consider this an emergency as it is our residence while traveling for the entire summer. He called back at 4pm with a "hey, how's it going?" and proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing for me in the next 4 days. My point is that we could have been alerted that morning and Dave's cavalier attitude and lack of empathy left a very bad taste in our mouths.
We just bought our second coach from Dave's RV. Service has been excellent. I will buy another coach from this dealer. He stands behind his equipment and has never let us down when we needed help.
