When we asked for a glaze of our tub the sales lady quoted us a yr warranty and after the guy finished the job he told us a year warrantyThen months later the glaze is crackingWhen we called the office the lady took an attitude with my wife
She said that it will cost $for the man to come out and fix the problem which is supposed to be under warrantyWe will never do business with Bath Magic again
Bath Magic was WONDERFUL! They had to strip off a "home kit" then reglaze, the entire process was just 4hrs! He was very nice and professional. Came in w/ obvious experience, did not lecture me on what I initially did wrong, just wrote down what he was going to do, the price, and got to work. It looks better than my expectations and I would recommend them for sure!
