Review: Dr Gould provided cleaning & filling services to my daughter. He was very nice & gentle. Before I took an appointment with Doctor, I checked with office representative that whether doctor is in-network for [redacted] insurance or not. I have been told that he is in-network and accept my insurance.
On the appointment day, I have been shown the estimates too and I have been asked to sign a paper with liability clause. I signed the paper with the assumption that Dr is registered with [redacted] & all services will be covered.
But I was shocked when I saw the final bills. The Insurance didn't pay them the entire amount because Doctor is not registered with them (“Out of Network”). So their staff charged me all the balances.
Due to that I end up of paying $350 just for cleaning & a filling servives after having insurance. This is ridicules!!
I called multiple times to Doctor's office to resolve this issue. I did submitted a complain their website too but no success and I had to pay rest of the amount.Desired Settlement: The any in-network patient doctor doesn't get $100-$150 for their cleaning & filling services apart from decudctible ($50). I want then return the remaining amount. Also, I want their staff be very clear on their registration with Insurance.
