I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and will right now make a copy of my lease with *** Management which is in effect through June 30, 2018. However, it is incorrect that I was previously asked to submit a copy of my lease. This is the first such request I have received.

Mr***,Per the phone call made to you this morning from our office, we are working to resolve this issue with the owner's requirement to charge this water fee to all tenants. Notices were sent on December 1, 2017, by the owners to all residents giving them day notice that this would be
coming. This was prior to us taking management of the property. Absolute Property Services does not have a copy of a lease for you from *** or the owner though it was requested many times by us. Therefore new leases were sent out based on the reasoning that there was no lease and you were month to month because no response was received by any of the parties, including youNew leases were distributed at the end of December in person door to door to each tenant, and this is the first complaint we are hearing about from you regarding this issue with the water charge or mention of a lease. In light of that, we are contacting the owners and also request a copy of your lease with *** from you. That would be very helpful in resolving this issue as we most definitely would like to do so expediently. We are in no way trying to create a hardship for you and are working diligently on the matter.
