My wife and I purchased a *** vacuum cleaner with this company via a door to door salesman and changed our mind and tried to return the equipment and get our money backWe discovered that the phone number that they gave me to reach out was not a working number and every other number that I found associated with this company was not a working numberAlso, the suggested return location was empty office spaceI mailed in my request to return the equipment and to get my money and no one ever responded to meIt was very clear they didn't want any returns!! The sales guy lied about the companies process and they would do everything to return the equipment if we changed our mind, I only had three days to return otherwise they could keep my money and they were deliberately unreachableI had to file a claim through my bank in order to get a response, if I had did their suggested payment plan and not use a credit card, I would have had no re-course except to sue them to get my money backI would recommend not buying anything from Davis Empire Inc as they seem to have multiple business with the same sort of practicesThis is a dishonest company!! I would never recommend doing business with this.company
