Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Cincinnati Insurance has agreed that debris from one of their insured trucks has hit my car and damaged it. They are contending that because "an inspection" was completed they are not liable. I have spoken to both my insurance company and an attorney and they both agree that merely documenting "an inspection" should not absolve the insurance company from their obligation to pay. If one inspects his breaks and they are deemed to be performing and shortly thereafter the brakes malfunction and it hits another car is the motorist not liable because an inspection was done - of course not! It is clear that their property damaged mine and they are liable regardless of some "inspection".Furthermore, when I tried to challenge Cincinnati Insurance on the phone they refused to give me a copy of said "inspection". Finally, when I mentioned that the driver of the truck was driving above the speed limit and that likely caused the blow out they said they "don't care".Cincinnati Insurance is clearly trying to take advantage of the situation knowing that the damage to my car was not too substantial and that I wont hire a lawyer due to the cost or put the claim through my own insurance which will increase my rates. Thus they are strong-arming me to let this go when they are clearly liable.I am hoping with the involvement of the Cincinnati Revdex.com that they would reconsider and pay for the damages to my vehicle.Thank you very much for your help![redacted]

Our insured's driver had performed an inspection of the vehicle at approximately 11:00am on July 6, 2014. There were no visible issues with the tires on the unit.Without any notice to our driver, the tire failed while traveling on [redacted] east of [redacted], **. Our driver pulled off the road and [redacted] followed our driver to the road shoulder. [redacted] reported that part of the tire debris had struck his vehicle.Our subsequent investigation failed to conclude that our insured was legible liable for the damages sustained to [redacted]'s vehicle. [redacted] and the Cincinnati Insurance Company have no obligation to pay for damages without evidence of negligence by [redacted].Based on our review of the claim file, it appears the file is properly documented to support the no liability position issued by our field adjuster.Mailing Address: P.O.
