Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] We never legally owned the Acura please provide a proof through of bill of sale which they will not be able toWe can show proof that the Altima still had issues and that they could not resolve the issues with the AcuraWe can also provide a time line of written conversations that the [redacted] did not deliver on any of the promises made and falsefied state submitted documentsWe have already spent over 1,dollars on work to the Altima that the [redacted] should have done on the car to even pass state inspectionWe can show reception for that as well.they have refused to take ownership for the errors and misteps they took.We are willing to pick up the vehicle but we only responding to them in written form going forward

On or about May 19, 2017 [redacted] , who was referred by one of his family members who we sold two cars to in the last two years, came with the purpose of buying a car from us. Upon asking for [redacted] budget, he said that he could spend $2500. We told him about a 2003 Acura 3.2TL that was going... to be sold at the auction and he gave [redacted] the go ahead to purchase the vehicle. Upon getting the car to the shop, we discovered that the car did not meet the standards that could be delivered to the customer and we decided to fix all the things that needed to be fixed on the car. [redacted] was kept up to date on the actions that the shop was taking to bring the Acura up to good standards. While [redacted] was fixing the car, [redacted] was provided a loaner vehicle to drive without charge for the duration of the period that it took to fix the Acura. After the completion of the job the car was delivered to [redacted] . After several days, [redacted] stated that he felt a little jerking at the beginning of acceleration. [redacted] was informed that this is normal with Acura products. [redacted] still insisted that he wanted his money back or another car. [redacted] was informed that he could get his money back but the Acura would have to be sold first. [redacted] was informed that sometimes it could take plus or minus 2 weeks to sell his car. [redacted] states that he would wait for the car to be sold but if in the process of trying to sell the car, if any other car was purchased and in good running condition then he would be willing to trade in the Acura for the other car. The loaner car was returned to [redacted] at this time. The following week we got him another car which was a 2002 Nissan Altima. [redacted] was informed that since the car was just purchased that [redacted] would do a full maintenance work up of the Altima at our own expense. [redacted] was informed that this would take about a week. When the car was ready, [redacted] was called to pick it up. All paperwork for the sale of the Altima, including the $2500 trade in of the Acura as signed after the car was driven home and stated that he felt jerking on the car. [redacted] was asked to bring the car back and to give [redacted] a few days to diagnose the issue which was resolved. The loaner car was given back during diagnosis. Finally, [redacted] received the Altima back. [redacted] test drove the car extensively and confirmed that at this point he was satisfied with the driving condition of the car. After several days, [redacted] sent a text stating that the lights on the Altima would not turn off. [redacted] also stated that he smelled oil burning and wanted to get the started checked out. {This is several days after [redacted] confirmed that the car was ok and took it home} After diagnosis, it was discovered that the wiring system had been altered due to instillation of aftermarket radio by him. [redacted] was informed of the information and stated that there is no way that replacing a radio could make the lights stay on. Several hours later [redacted] called back and stated that he apologized. [redacted] stated that the company that installed the radio confirmed that it is possible that the instillation of a radio could cause the problem. On the starter part, [redacted] was told that the starter was ok and the was no oil leakage. All the old residue oil was cleaned and there was no oil leakage found. After a day or two, [redacted] sent a picture through the text and asked if the rain guard on the door could be replaced. [redacted] was informed that the Altima was sold as is and that the major concerns in a used car sales are engine and transmission. [redacted] was informed that the engine, transmission and ac were all operating fine. That if there is any little cosmetic parts it would have to be fixed by [redacted] . [redacted] also had a Isuzu Rodeo that he wanted to be sold. [redacted] asked if it was ok for him to pick up the Rodeo and the title. [redacted] was told that he could pick up the rodeo but there was a balance of $250 for repair of the overheating of the vehicle. [redacted] then stated that he didn't authorize any fixing of the vehicle. [redacted] was told at this time not to worry about the $250 and that he could come and get the Rodeo. No answer or response from [redacted] up until now. [redacted] can pick his Isuzu up at any time. Title and keys are available.

ATTACHED IS THE EVIDENCE OF OWNERSHIP OF 2003 ACURA 3.2TL BY [redacted] ON 6/14/2017. ON THE 2002 NISSAN ALTIMA IN WHICH [redacted] CLAIMED THAT HE SPENT SOME MONEY, HE WAS ALREADY MADE TO UNDERSTAND IN THE AGREEMENT THAT WAS SIGNED WAS AN "AS IS" PURCHASE. ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT HE NEEDS TO BRING THE 2002 ALTIMA TO HIS TASTE IS ABSOLUTELY HIS RESPONSIBILITY.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:That is not a bill of sale. That is a buyers tag receipt but no signature of mine is placed on the document or any documents supporting that specific ownership or vehicle. Which proves I could or could not authorize such a document submission. No one signed as owner of the vehicle. I can't submit information to the state like that I do not have such accesss. Why would there be a bill of sale for the Altima but not the Acura? [redacted] was made clear numerous times in written/text form I did not legally own the vehicle at which point they never responded specifically to my statements about ownership. Again there is no bill of sale with my signature verfifying I do indeed own the Acura.
Regards,
[redacted]

Regards,
[redacted]We never legally owned the Acura please provide a proof through of bill of sale which they will not be able to. We can show proof that the Altima still had issues and that they could not resolve the issues with the Acura. We can also provide a time line of written conversations that the [redacted] did not deliver on any of the promises made and falsefied state submitted documents. We have already spent over 1,000 dollars on work to the Altima that the [redacted] should have done on the car to even pass state inspection. We can show reception for that as well.they have refused to take ownership for the errors and misteps they took.We are willing to pick up the vehicle but we only responding to them in written form going forward.
