I contacted Allstar Plumbing to get information about a leak I had coming from a water pressure valve on my water intake connection He educated me on the phone to what seemed to be the problem and a solution but requested I let him make a free inspection to correctly understand any other related concerns He was in the area and arrived in minutes and I showed him my problem He first checked the incoming water pressure and found it was lbs He saw it was only the pressure valve that was leaking and was no longer adjusting the water pressure The valve was located behind the hot water tank and could not be accessed to remove it without draining the water tank and moving it away from the corner of the garageHe drained the tank and moved it so he could access the valve and remove it After he corrected that problem, I asked if he could set the tank up off the floor on bricks and away from the wall so if that problem ever occurred again, I would not have to drain the tank He did this and reconnected the water heater much better than beforeHe was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge and even gave me several tips for future use I now have his card on my Frigfor a future water problem I will definitely pass his plumbing business onto my friends
Allstar was referred to me by my realtor and I couldn't be happier with them. We bought a new home and discovered four plumbing issues after moving in. Matthew arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the issues and sat with me to explain options and costs. We decided on a course of action, gave me an estimate and he came back out to replace 3 complete toilets and unclog a drain. He was neat, clean and quiet while working efficiently all morning. When the work was done and all areas cleaned, he reviewed everything he did with me and that was it. He also checked the water heater, water pressure and HVAC units for us at no additional charge.
