I would recommmend you NOT!!!!!!!!!!! use this company. False pricing property destroyed. They arrived over 3hrs.late broke and damaged furniture owner [redacted] non professional non sympathetic. Terrible service. Will never use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ran my credit card without authorization.Desired SettlementRefund or discounted bill.Business Response We were late for this customers job by an hour. We apologized and gave the customer a $147 discount on a $737 bill. We have not heard from the customer since. If he had a complaint he could have contacted us. We have moved the customer 4 times. No one moves with a bad company 4 times. If he needed a bigger discount he could have asked. We want our customers happy but it may not be possible with this customer who was rude and hostile for no reason other than we were 1 hour late not three. The arrival window is 2-4 and we got to his location at 5. We can scan in a copy of the contract with his signature indicating time of arrival. Consumer Response In response to the answer of said business owner he is a total liar.First of all he was supposed to return my call. Second he had only moved me once before this and third I did ask for a bigger discount. Finally before the move I requested an estimate at least twice in which he responded that I didn't need one.He is very dishonest and misleading. I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!Final Business Response We took 20% off the customers bill. I'm not sure what this customer is looking for. Discounts are a way a company shows a customer their appreciation for their business. I would understand the vitriol nature of the customers communications if there were no discount applied to his bill. Is it his position that no discount was applied? He isn't entitled to a discount, no customer is, there is no law demanding discounts however he has received one totaling $147. We have been in business 15 years and in that time we have found that some relationships are beyond repair. This customer isn't interested in what is right and wrong but seeks his "pound of flesh". We have discounted the bill as much as we feel is merited for being one hour late. If he doesn't want the discount we can charge him the full amount of $737 instead of the $590 we charged as it is clear that gesture was in vain. This is disheartening because we value repeat customers. We gave him the largest discount we ever have for simply being late. We have already treated him with respect and reverence. We understand we are the hired help but it is horrible the disrespect and venomous words and treatment this customer has show us. We didn't do anything to deserve being berated, yelled and cursed at. Just because you hire someone to work for you doesn't mean you can treat them like property.

Continued disregard for questions and concerns regarding refunds and service. We hired this company to help us move. The men that helped us were very friendly and they did work hard. However, the move was not a professional move at all. Multiple pieces of antique furniture were ruined, the hand rail to my house was broken, they put skid marks through our front yard, damaged our washer. They did quote us a much cheaper rate then what they actually performed and charged. I was fine with this because they did work hard the entire time but I was not fine with the damage for the price. Furniture covers were not used the entire time. I spoke with someone about my concerns and they offered to help by some refund and service to help repair some of the broken items. However, when I accepted the refund, they stopped communicating professionally with me and I have yet to receive it. They left a bag of tools at our house in which they scheduled a time to come by and pick it up. I took time off work to be at the house so I could return this bag and they never showed. I have emailed about this pick up multiple times and they ignore the question. It is a shame that they tried to make this terrible move correct but instead, continued to offer poor service by no follow through. I would not recommend this company in the future as they cause multiple headaches for a lot of money. All they had to do was follow through promptly and this might have been able to be settled outside of reporting, however, I feel its a disservice to the public to not make this known now.Desired SettlementI would like the refund that was promised, 50% or $318.75. It would be great to have a 100% refund but that was not promised, even after all this.Business Response We refunded this customer for her damages on 8/15. It appears that was the same day this was written. The process takes time. She has since cashed the check. We can forward the cashed image if necessary. Not all moves go perfectly, there is always a chance of damage. We can't undo the past and have done all we can about the present. The idea that we quoted a misleading price must be addressed, it suggest dishonesty. We did not and can not give an estimate over the phone. Is is impossible to tell someone how long it will take to move a location without seeing it. That sounds like common sense but it isn't. All customers believe it is possible to tell them how long something will take without seeing it. We did give her a range based on what she described but it was only a guestiment. She moved two locations into one in under 5 hours. That is fast. The customers expectations were not on line with what her move entailed. Unfortunately, this happens. As for the damage. We paid out more than what the insurance that came with her move allowed. She just needed a little more patience in waiting for her refund. Consumer Response I have my refund and yes - it appears it was processed along the same time this complaint was filed. However, I told them I filed a complaint and I'm sure that's what moved my refund along. Again, my complaint stands the same. They are a fraternity type move company that is rough around all edges. Now on top of them being expensive and rough, they are quite rude. Thanks for your helping in finalizing this painful process.

Complaint** Movers during the process of my move damaged several pieces in my home and have failed to replace or compensate per contract for the damages. On 12/01/12 ** Movers came 3hrs late to move me from one property to the next. Upon moving me to my new location, the clumsy movers destroyed several pieces of furniture in my home some of which are irreplaceable. The owner ** weeks later came out to my property and took pictures of the damage and advised he would submit a claim to his insurance company and not to worry. Months past without any contact from **. I made a attempt to contact him and we spoke. He informed me that several clients had received damage issues from his neglectful workers and that he's had to come out of pocket to pay for damages. He advised I was next on his list to compensate and that he would be in touch. That was 04/09/13. I have not heard from him nor anyone from this company and have lost furniture, time and money dealing with this company.Desired SettlementI am seeking pay for damaged goods which totaled $2025Business Response We sent the claim acceptance letter on 10/30.
