HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We used this company once for a concert 4 years ago with no issues. Then this summer we booked them again for a concert, there wasn't enough seats booked on the bus so they canceled it, but refused to give me a refund, claiming "they never charged me." I have the charge on my credit card, and even though I disputed it with my credit card company they won't refund it either since it was a legitimate charge. So I'm out $180 (for 4 tickets) and have spent hours dealing with this only to be left with no resolution. Super frustrated, I will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

SCAM
I purchased a ticket to the poor peoples March which is happening today. The location pickup was Woodcrest station in cherry hill NJ. At 5;45 am. The app said to get there a half hour earlier which would be 5:15. I was here at 5;15 but no bus. I waited until 6:32, checked driver app and was it was off. I then contacted customer service through app and got a Bot. Bot said bus was here and left on time. Impossible! I was here and so was a transistor police officer who asked if I was ok sitting outside station so early. I reported I was waiting for a bus. She said no bus here since 5am. I informed contact Bot and uploaded my ticket. Response was other folks made it on bus sorry you missed yours. I’m convinced this was a scam! I would advise against using this company especially if you can’t track your driver. Now I’m out of money and stuck with a useless ticket

DO NOT USE RALLY BUS if you want to get to your destination on time. Used Rally Bus to get to Women's March in DC. There was so much confusion and lack of coordination. The bus departed almost an hour late and we left behind several other riders because there wasn't enough room. The bus driver got lost and spent too much time looking down at his phone trying to figure out how to get to DC. I have sent several emails to the company and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!! Save yourself the frustration and find another way to reach your destination.

Completely dissatisfied. Communication and coordination a mess not enough busses arrived (we were told they went to another destination over 150 miles away) so we left as that meant we would not get to women's march on time. Refuse to give refund stating busses were there 30 minutes later. Not what we were told by rally reps. Offered a voucher. What a joke. Do not take them if you really need to get to your destination

Disastrous lack of organization, communication and information for Rochester, NY "bus captains" for January 21 Womens March in DC. We wasted many hours unsuccessfully trying to move departure location. We had 3 buses: the local one was fine. The two supposedly coming from NJ actually came from Leah Transportation, Rally's sub-sub-sub contractor in NYC. The drivers were great, but arrived half an hour after departure time, took a route at least half an hour longer in each direction, and had never been in Western NY. Leah Bus 1 had so many broken seats we had another half hour delay while the drivers fixed them so we could load the last 12 passengers. Ugly surprise: its "emergency use only" facility didn't flush. Leah Bus 2's defroster didn't work and our driver peered out a porthole to get through the heavy fogged PA mountains. Bus 2 driver arrived an hour late for our return, and Bus 1 driver "had" to wait for him: all Bus 2 fares had to stand in the parking lot from 6:30 to 8 until their driver got there. Bus 2 blew a tire on the way back. Because of the late arrivals, seat repairs and odd route to DC, none of the Leah passengers arrived in DC in time to get into the WMW rally and hear any speakers. It was a fantastic day, but with absolutely no thanks to Rally Bus. Worst: since the Rally app was constantly down, had there been a bus crash, no one had any idea which passenger was on which bus! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do not trust reservations made on rallybus.net. They are not reliable. I made reservations on Dec 3. for a Jan 21 trip. My credit card was charged immediately. There was no mention that the reservation may be tentative. ON 12/23 I got an email again confirming my trip. On 12/29 I got an email saying my reservation was being cancelled because the bus was full and they couldn't fill another. They did refund my money but left me scrambling to find an alternate.

Hi Karen,

I have two extra tickets if you're interested. It sounds like you already found another way there, but if not please let me know.

Review: Disgusted by the way this company failed to give us our two week cancellation notice. Stuck without transportation just days of our event. Our money is not getting refunded in time to book another form of transportation. I have never dealt with such an irresponsible, rude, unprofessional group of people. They completely ruined the event that we have been planning for four months.Desired Settlement: We need transportation to our event. We were cancelled on with no time to make other arrangements. We were extremely punctual with making our plans so that we could save money. This company completely robbed us. We are stuck with no transportation and no money to pay for any other expensive services. We need this company to take us to and from our event like they said they would.

Review: Upon embarking on our trip, our driver informed the bus that the time of departure back to DC was not set in stone since the event we were partaking in was a river tubing adventure and the speed of the river could mean for a longer trip. He stated, "I will stay all night if you'd like me too." After running into some tube issues on the river we arrived back to land and the bus was gone. Not only were we stranded but since the event involved water, our belongings were on the bus. After calling over and over, the bus driver only decided to turn around when $300 was offered under the table. He also refused to wait for our friends who had been lost while on the river and we were extremely concerned about. Not only could they have been seriously injured but their emergency belongings were on the bus. The two individuals were left to hitchhike back to DC. Finally, our contract said that we'd be dropped off in Roslynn, where the pickup was, but he dropped us off miles away in Washington DC with no explanation on how to get back to where we needed to be.Desired Settlement: The business needs to refund atleast half of the amount that was paid by all individuals, since the second part of the service was not completed. We were returned to Washington DC and not Roslynn and 2 passengers were left behind.

Review: DC Rally Bus double-booked / overlooked my payment to reserve a seat for the Winter Classic on January [redacted]. This being my first time booking with them, I didn't know what to expect in terms of a confirmation email or any sort of additional documentation once the payment has gone through. Not only was I unable to get on the bus that freezing cold morning, their reps on site were absolutely horrible: raising their voice, referring me to call numbers in which no phone reps were responding to and their bus drivers were very rude as well. After finally getting in touch with someone at ###-###-####, all that was given was a refund to my ride. I'm sorry, but I only purchased my ticket to the Classic once I paid for my transportation under the pretence that I would be set and ready to go to [redacted]. Since there had been an admission of guilt from the rep over the phone - his words "I'm not sure how your order slipped through the cracks", I believe it is the fault of the Transportation company to pay their dues to their customer by paying for my event ticket as well. In short, DC Rally Bus double-booked my seat, overlooked my reservation, didn't allow me on the bus, therefore ruining my ENTIRE trip, experience and memory. This wasn't a cheap trip. I would like for this to resolved as soon as possible. For a start-up company, at this rate - won't make it past the next year. Extremely disorganized and run by people who do not understand business practises and customer service.Desired Settlement: Truly, I would like for this company to reimburse me for my Winter Classic ticket which I purchased from Ticketmaster for $202.95USD. It was their fault that I was unable to board the bus, their fault for double-booking my seat, their fault why I couldn't get to [redacted], ** to claim my ticket and enjoy the game with all of my friends.

Review: I bought Daytona 500 tickets for 194.99 plus tax per ticket for myself, my father(bucketlist) and by brother in law for Christmas. My sister suggested a limo from The Villages Fl (90mins away from Daytona). She found [redacted] offering rides to the Daytona 500 from multiple locations in Florida. They couldn't fill the bus from The Villages, so we drove and met the bus in Ocala (40 mins) north at 6:40 am the day of the race 2/**/2014. Nobody asked our name we just got on the bus. We didn't have to worry about parking or traffic, this was the plan and we where at the speedway by 9:30 am. The web site assured us that the bus leaved the race not until 45 minutes after the completion of the race and that includes races that can be delayed. Well we got rain at 2:30 and at 5:02 pm we received an email stating rest assured regardless of the weather the busses would remain at the speedway until the race was postponed or ran. Hello Nasbus Riders, here is the copy

" (We apologize for the weather but rest assured that the buses will be staying at the track until the race concludes or until they officially postpone the race.

Let's hope it clears up and we can get back to racing soon!

Thank you for your understanding,

NASBUS

[redacted] ) " At this time drying of the track was underway but we knew it would be some time before the race ran . Many people where taking pictures and video with their phones running down batteries unable to receive email. At 6:24 we received another email stating the busses where pulling out at 6:45. Here is the copy.

"Hello Nasbus Riders,

Unfortunately due to continued rain delay and no clear end in sight, we have no choice but to begin the return trips from Daytona to your original pickup location at 6:45 PM. Please make your way back to your bus if you are not already on board. We apologize for the inconvenience but this cannot be helped. We will not be offering any transportation for the race if it is rescheduled for tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience,

NASBUS

[redacted] "

We got on the bus for fear of being stranded. It didn't leave until 7:30 and many where left behind some where by choice many had just not made it back to the bus yet thinking that the bus would be there after the race. Half way back to Ocalla we hear the race is running and we are about to miss 162 laps due to Nasbus or Rallybus or [redacted] incorporated or whoever they really are running out of east meadow NY With a cell phone #of ###-###-####. This is the number the bus driver told us he was speaking directly with [redacted] on. The busdriver also told us that they where leaving because Nasbus contracted them for 15 hours and where willing to pay no more. Other buslines where able to stay and fulfill their obligation. They pulled for fear of losing money. No thought of the customer in my mind. Nasbus gave me a very hard time until threatened with legal recourse. Then they offered 50% off the next trip if you stayed behind, then 50% off for anyone , then 100% off any future trip they offer and then finally a full refund of the 65.00 per person.Desired Settlement: I believe that I am still owed by Nasbus 4/5 the cost of the 3 tickets I bought for 194.99 plus tax (198.99) for a total of 477.58 . I will settle for this. Considering I spent the rest of the week with my parents I am willing to forget the Airfare and other expenses even though the primary reason for the trip to Florida was to go to the Daytona 500.
