She does not have a very good sympathetic ear to a patient. She can not handle someone who has had a bad day. She has no bed side manner, and has an attitude that she is the best of the best.
Considering patients have been through traumatic experiences she talks the talk but does not provide a good service.
This behavior adds additional frustration to the situation that the patient is already going through.
Her narcissism comes through parallel with her arrogance.
