This letter is a response to the following complaint ID *** - *** ***, Our company IH Sales And Marketing located at *** *** *** *** *** Marysville WA has refunded the following amount of $on Dec2, as a reimbursement
of her overcharge purchase of our merchandiseWe had also spoke to the customer and apologize for the inconvenient for there is 3rd party involve like the Credit card companies delay of transaction
Pls note that we had notice that there is a few complaints thru our business that its easy to resolve if we had an active full time Customer service in our office which our company had hired one.
I will be emailing and following up with those open complaints to have a better score with the bureau as Me and my team wants our company to be reputable
