I visited the UPS store on Friday, August 11, with a small package that I wanted to send to a friend overnight since she was leaving the country on Sunday, August The salesperson (Emily) failed to include the suite number in the address which delayed the shipment by days, so instead of arriving on Saturday it arrived on Monday
I signed some small paper but I was not advised to proofread the addressAnd I should not have to since that is the salesperson's jobThis was my first time sending overnight package with UPS and the salesperson led me to believe I was signing a receipt and all the accurate shipping information was in the barcode
This is immaterial because my friend left a sign on the exterior door of her condominium stating to deliver to business next door if there was no answerThis confirms UPS did not even attempt to deliver on SaturdayNor did they call me for clarification
