Review: I had been using their services. As stated I cancelled with them and in the contract they say if they do not settle with a company their is no fee or penalty if I choose to quit and I would receive all money that has been taken to be put back into my checking account. I contacted the person whom I had been speaking to a [redacted] asking where my refund was. He said I would have to call a certain number which I have done twice to no avail. I also sent two emails to them asking for the return of my money to no availDesired Settlement: I would like the money that has been taken from me returned since I am no longer using their services approx. about $256

The fees that the customer is looking to have refunded were not paid to Debtmerica. They were paid to the company servicing his account, Century Negotiations. Regardless of this, we are going to issue a refund for the full amount disputed by the client while we work separately with Century Negotiations to resolve any outstanding matters.
