DecoNetwork has treated me completely unprofessionally. When I filed a complaint regarding the website put up for my store, it went unresolved for 3 months. When they did address the issue, they were condescending and unreliable. Their "solution" did not adequately fix the problem and when I repeatedly followed-up with them regarding their failure to fix a basic graphic design flaw in their system, they refused to address it. Instead, they blamed affiliates and threatened to take down my website, should I continue to request adequate redress to my problem.

Even beyond this issue, their basic platform is clunky and shoddy. It does not offer basic options and its mode for uploading images and designing clothing is poor. They contract with affiliates whose printing is below par. Yet their prices remain relatively high. Simple challenges are hard to resolve and seeking resolution is a bureaucratic nightmare.
