On July *** *** Dropped Jax off for groomingThe last time we have seen him was April *** asked that we shave Jax face as short as we can to get rid of all the brown staining around and under his eyes and muzzle
When *** came into pick Jax up the receptionist told her that we thought Jax right ear was infected because of how red and warm it wasThat she probably needed to take him to the vatWe let her know we put Panalog Ointment in his right earEverything was fine, then we received a call a week later from *** and she wanted us to know that he had scratched the right side of his face and had to be taken to the vet*** wanted us to know next times grooming for Jax she wanted to be longer because his face is to sensitive for the shortest cutWhen she hung up everything was on a good note we thoughtUntil we seen posting on Facebook of three separate pictures, one on the right side of the face was healed and a couple scabs and two of the left side of the face that were bloody redYou could defiantly tell that the pictures weren't taken at the same time cause of the difference of the length of his hairShe reported me to the State and started a petition to try to close me downIf she would of let me know that she wanted the vet bill paid the moment she called about the next grooming I would of been happy to reimburse her any fees due to my grooming, but all she stated that she had to take him to the vetI do not feel in anyway that I neglected this dogI brought to her attention that he needed to be seen by a vet for his inflamed earI am not sure of the exact date she called us but it was at least one week later
