Please be advised that Deep impact Cesspool serviced [redacted] cesspool on 4/*/15. [redacted] and her daughter was very pleased with the service that our staff performed at her house. Later on that evening when we did our daily batch out for all credit card charges for that day we...

realized that there was an error somewhere with the totals. We narrowed it down to [redacted]’s credit card transaction. First thing in the morning on 4/*/15 I contacted [redacted] to let her know about the error and that I would be right over to correct the charge. It was a simple mistake and she understood. It was missed by both parties because they signed the receipt with the charge. I went to her house and I refunded her card back $6300.00 plus an additional $50.00 as a good gesture for the inconvenience and apologized over and over for the error. The customer was happy with this gesture. We processed the refund on our end and the funds was released back to the customer’s credit card company. I am not sure why her credit card company is not releasing her funds back to her right away.Deep Impact Cesspool Service

FIRST OF ALL IT WAS [redacted]  WE HAD COMPANY AND WERE IN A RUSH TO GET BACK INSIDE  2ND DUE TO THERE ERROR A HOLD OF FUNDS WERE PLACE ON OUR CREDIT CARD WHICH HAD A EFFECT  REACTION   ON US   AND BY THE WAY   THEY DID NOT SEE ME WHEN THEY CAME TO FIX THERE PROBLEM   THEY VISTED A ** YEAR OLD LADY  SO BEFORE THEY SAY THEY HANDLED IT WITH ME  IS A OUT RIGHT LIGHT   TAKING A 50.00 GOODWILL WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT HOLD WAS ON OUR CARD FOR US TO LOSE A 200.00 GOOD DEAL TO HOLD TICKETS FOR A VACATION   THEY SHOULD BE MORE FLEXABLE AND TAKE MORE OFF THEY LOST A CUSTOMER WHO WILL FUTURE NEED A CESSPOOL

Review: ON 4/*/2015 WE HAD DEEP IMPACT CESSPOOL([redacted]) LOCATION COME TO OUR HOUSE DUE TO CESSPOOL PROBLEMS OUR BILL WAS 700.53 WE DIDNT REALIZE THEY CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD 7000.53 [redacted] CAME ON 4/*/15 AND SAID HE WAS CREDITING OUR CARD 6350.00 AND LEFT WE HAVE CALLED OUR CREDIT CARD TO FIND OUT THAT ONLY THE WRONG CHARGE IS ON OUR ACCOUNT AND THE CREDIT TAKES 20 DAYS WE ARE UPSET THAT DUE TO THERE ERROR OUR CREDIT CARD IS TIDE UP THIS WRONG AMOUNT WE ARE INCOVIENCED AND SINCE WE HAD VACATION TICKETS BEING PUT ON THIS CARD THEY WERE DENIED AND NOT APPROVED WE ARE VERY UPSET ONCE AGAIN PLEASE HELPDesired Settlement: THEY TOOK OFF 50.00 BUT NOW WE ARE SEEING THAT THE CREDIT WASNT PUT ON OUR CARD AND OUR CARD IS BEING HELD FOR 7000.00 WHEN BILL WAS ONLY 700.00 WE WANT TO BE COMPENSATED MORE NOW SINCE OUR VACATION TICKETS HAVE BEEN DENIED BECAUSE THERE MISTAKE PUT A HOLD ON OUR CREDIT LINE WE WANT TO BE MORE COMPENSATED WE ARE LOOSING A GREAT VACATION FOR THERE MISTAKE NOT FAIR
